Welcome to the best kept catering secret in Southern California. This is the best smoked barbeque your taste buds have ever encountered. McQ’s Smoke House is where Southern barbeque meets the California experience. We are very proud and committed to serving the best quality meats available along with a flavorful sauce to compliment the meats. There is an emphasis on less fatty foods and more healthier foods. We want to feed you as if you are at our dinner table.
Meals for large events are served off of a state of the art custom pit/smoker on wheels built by Pace American. These units are built to last and meet all health and safety codes.
All food is prepared fresh just prior to an event to ensure freshness.
We serve a Triangle Tip Roast (Tri-Tip), Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Links, and on occasion Smoked Salmon. All entrees or sandwiches are accompanied by your choice of several side dishes. We serve freshly prepared coleslaw with a secret dressing. We also serve vegetarian barbeque beans, but, upon request, we can add a little hog to the mix if you so desire.
All meats are served with McQ’s Smoke House’s own barbeque sauce. We serve two types of sauce to accentuate the great taste of the meat. One sauce is a sweet and flavorful mild sauce, and the second sauce is hot and will make you sit up and take notice.
For a flavor that stands above all others, we use a blend of oak, hickory and other fruit woods to cook with. Our barbeque is slow cooked up to 16 hours for tenderness and full flavor. The slower we cook the meat the better -- in order to maximize the natural flavor of the meat.
Our Pit Master from Texas has been barbequing for over 27 years continually perfecting his craft.
